Current to 11 Oct 26Lindqvarn Retail's executed order form of 6 May 2026 sets Enterprise at £113,500 a year from 1 Jun 2026 to 31 May 2027, with 160 users. The 19 May 2026 QBR deck still states £103,000 and a 31 May 2026 term end.
Executed: Five of 16 documents are executed. The current term is set by the order form signed 6 May 2026: Enterprise at £110,000 plus additional 10 users at £3,500, giving £113,500 invoiced annually in advance, for 1 Jun 2026 to 31 May 2027.
The first term, 1 Jun 2025 to 31 May 2026, ran under the order form and MSA signed 23 May 2025 at £99,000 a year after a 10% first-term discount, plus a £30,000 implementation fee. The data processing agreement was signed the same day.
Open items: Four drafts and the final proposals are superseded by executed paper. These are the proposals of 18 Mar 2025 and 21 Mar 2025, the draft MSA of 22 Apr 2025, the expansion proposals of 19 Dec 2025 and 24 Dec 2025, and the renewal proposals of 18 Mar 2026 and 23 Mar 2026.
Contradictions: The QBR deck of 19 May 2026 states £103,000 contracted recurring revenue and a term ending 31 May 2026. This is after the 6 May 2026 renewal order form set £113,500 to 31 May 2027.
The extra 10 users carry a £4,000 annual recurring charge in the 9 Feb 2026 order form but £3,500 in the 6 May 2026 order form. The £103,000 figure in the renewal proposals of 18 Mar 2026 and 23 Mar 2026 appears in no executed document.

- P1 first response of 0.5 hours.
- Nightly refresh complete by 07:00 customer local time on business days.
- Service credits of 10% of one month's fee per breach month, covering availability and data freshness.
The data processing agreement of 23 May 2025 restricts sub-processors and requires breach notification and audit access.
Gaps: The 9 Feb 2026 order form gives a £1,216 total contract value against a £4,000 annual charge and does not explain the difference. The executed MSA states a term ending 31 May 2026, and the renewal notice provisions for the 31 May 2027 end are not shown.
No executed document names the customer signatory. The documents do not show whether Tom Ashdown, Esther Quaye or Hollie Grieve are current staff.
