Draft proposal by Tom Ashdown, dated 19 Dec 2025, for an expansion of the Enterprise subscription. It states an annual expansion price of £4,000 and a total deal amount of £1,216. It sets no availability or P1 response figures and is not an order form.

What it is: a working draft that says "Nothing here is final until it is on an executed order form." It proposes an expansion on top of the existing Enterprise agreement, not a replacement.

Commits: nothing binding. The pricing table gives an annual expansion price of £4,000 and a total deal amount of £1,216, and the text says the Enterprise service levels stay as they are today.

Unusual: the two figures do not reconcile in the text. The document says the deal amount "is not an annual price" but does not explain why it is lower than the annual price.

Not settled: which add-on lines are covered, how the expansion sits with the term ending 31 May 2026, and whether the renewal is folded in. That end date has passed as of 9 Oct 2026, so the draft looks stale. The evidence does not show a later version or an executed order form.

Lindqvarn Retail - Proposal v1

Draft | Prepared by Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, BB-Demo | 19 Dec 2025

This is a working draft for discussion. Nothing here is final until it is on an executed order form.

1. Context

Lindqvarn Retail has been on the Enterprise tier since 1 Jun 2025. The brain joins customer service, e-commerce and store feedback into one view of each customer segment. Usage has grown well since the summer and the account is in good shape, with no high priority tickets and no overdue invoices.

The current contracted annual recurring revenue is £99,000 for 150 licensed users, and the term ends on 31 May 2026. This proposal is an expansion on top of that agreement, not a replacement for it.

2. What we are proposing

An expansion of the existing Enterprise subscription, sold under the same MSA and order form arrangements that already apply to Lindqvarn Retail.

  • The Enterprise service levels stay as they are today.
  • The additional lines are set out in the pricing table below.
  • The customer's data stays in its own Snowflake account, as now.

3. Pricing

Annual price of the expansion£4,000
Total deal amount£1,216

Notes:

  • The annual price is what the expansion costs over a full year.
  • The deal amount is the total value of this deal as it stands in the draft. It is not an annual price.
  • I will confirm both figures against the executed order form before anything goes to Lindqvarn Retail.

4. Open points

  • Exactly which add-on lines the expansion covers still needs to be agreed with the customer.
  • How the expansion sits alongside the term that ends on 31 May 2026. I'd expect it to run with the existing term, but I'll confirm that.
  • Whether the renewal conversation should be folded into the same discussion. Esther Quaye, as CSM, owns the renewal notice and I will check with her.

5. Next steps

Leave that with me, and let's get something in the diary with the customer once the scope is clear.

Best, Tom
