A final proposal dated 24 Dec 2025 from Tom Ashdown for an expansion of the existing Enterprise subscription. It states an annual price of £4,000 and a total deal amount of £1,216. It is a proposal, not an order form, so nothing is committed until one is signed.

A final proposal dated 24 Dec 2025 from Tom Ashdown for an expansion of the existing Enterprise subscription. It states an annual price of £4,000 and a total deal amount of £1,216. It is a proposal, not an order form, so nothing is committed until one is signed.

What it is: a customer-facing proposal to expand the Enterprise subscription, stored as final. It says the expansion "sits under the current agreement and the same Master Services Agreement", with no new security review or implementation project.

Commits: nothing yet. The text says "BB-Demo issues the order form for signature" once the customer is happy, and both figures "will be set out line by line in the order form".

Unusual: the annual price is £4,000 but the total deal amount is £1,216, and the text only says the latter is the value "as recorded for the period it covers". The existing subscription is quoted at £99,000 a year, and the current term runs to 31 May 2026.

Not settled: the document does not state what is being expanded (users, connectors or another add-on), a start date, or any service levels beyond "continue unchanged". It does not show whether the order form was issued or signed, or whether the wider renewal was agreed.

Lindqvarn Retail - Proposal

Prepared by: Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, BB-Demo Prepared for: Lindqvarn Retail, Stockholm Date: 24 Dec 2025 Status: Final

1. Context

Lindqvarn Retail has been a BB-Demo customer since 1 Jun 2025, on the Enterprise tier, with 150 licensed users. The brain joins customer service, e-commerce and store feedback into one view of each customer segment across about sixty stores in the Nordics.

Usage has grown steadily since the start of the subscription. Active use is up on the previous quarter, support demand has been light, and there are no overdue invoices. That is a good base to build on, and it is the reason for this proposal.

2. What we are proposing

An expansion of the existing Enterprise subscription. It sits under the current agreement and the same Master Services Agreement, so there is no new security review and no new implementation project.

In practice that means:

  • The existing Enterprise service levels continue unchanged.
  • The work is carried out inside Lindqvarn Retail's own Snowflake account, as today.
  • The customer success manager, Esther Quaye, stays your day-to-day contact for adoption and reviews.

3. Pricing

ItemValue
TierEnterprise
Deal typeExpansion
Annual price£4,000
Total deal amount£1,216
DiscountNone stated

The annual price is the recurring yearly charge for the expansion. The total deal amount is the value of this deal as recorded for the period it covers. Both figures will be set out line by line in the order form.

The existing Enterprise subscription is contracted at £99,000 a year and is not changed by this proposal.

4. Term

The current term runs to 31 May 2026. The expansion is designed to sit alongside it, and we would expect to talk about the wider renewal in the new year, led by Esther.

5. Next steps

  1. Review this proposal with your team over the holiday period, no rush before the new year.
  2. Let Tom know of any questions on scope or price.
  3. Once you are happy, BB-Demo issues the order form for signature.
  4. Esther confirms the plan for the extra capacity with your team.

If anything here needs checking or adjusting, leave it with Tom and he will confirm.

Best wishes for the season.

Tom Ashdown Account Executive, BB-Demo
