What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Draft Enterprise proposal prepared by Tom Ashdown on 18 Mar 2025, not yet reviewed by the customer. It quotes £99,000 per year and a £129,000 first-year deal amount including implementation. It states no availability % or P1 response time.
What it is: an unsigned, unreviewed proposal for the Enterprise tier, marked "Draft for discussion. Not yet reviewed by Lindqvarn Retail." It is an open item, not a contract.
Commits: nothing binding. It proposes the annual subscription of "£99,000 per year", "invoiced in advance in GBP on thirty-day terms", and a "Total deal amount (first year, including implementation)" of £129,000. Implementation is planned over twelve weeks.
Unusual: the text promises service levels only in general terms ("The Enterprise availability level, fastest urgent-ticket response") and gives no figures. The £99,000 is below the v1 Enterprise list in the company brief, and no discount is stated.
Not settled: the connector list and go-live commitments, EU data residency, Premium support, Sandbox, user numbers, and the pricing wording, which Tom was to confirm with finance. The executed order form, not this draft, decides contracted terms.

Body
Lindqvarn Retail - Proposal v1
Draft for discussion. Not yet reviewed by Lindqvarn Retail.
Prepared by: Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, BB-Demo Date: 18 Mar 2025 Customer success contact: Esther Quaye
1. Context
Lindqvarn Retail is a homeware and furniture retailer with about sixty stores across the Nordics. Customer service, e-commerce and store feedback sit in separate systems today, and the team wants one view of each customer segment without reconciling the sources by hand.
BB-Demo proposes the company brain: one AI-queryable layer over those sources, built and run inside Lindqvarn Retail's own Snowflake account.
2. Proposed scope
Tier: Enterprise, chosen because the use is company-wide and the security review will involve your IT team.

| Area | What is included |
|---|---|
| The brain | Pages, chat and search over the connected sources, plus the dashboards builder |
| Connectors | Customer service, e-commerce and store feedback sources, agreed in the order form with a go-live commitment for each |
| Identity | SSO and SCIM |
| Relationship | An executive sponsor, quarterly business reviews and a named customer success manager |
| Security | Security review support from our Solutions Engineer throughout implementation |
| Service levels | The Enterprise availability level, fastest urgent-ticket response, and service credits for availability and data freshness |
3. Implementation
The implementation is a one-off, fixed-fee piece of work, planned over twelve weeks. It covers connector design, the build inside your Snowflake account, user and role set-up, and training for the first teams.
4. Pricing
| Item | Amount |
|---|---|
| Annual subscription, Enterprise | £99,000 per year |
| One-off implementation | Included in the deal amount below |
| Total deal amount (first year, including implementation) | £129,000 |
The annual price of £99,000 is what recurs each year, invoiced in advance in GBP on thirty-day terms. The deal amount of £129,000 is the total value of the deal and includes the one-off implementation fee, which does not recur.
5. Assumptions
- Lindqvarn Retail provides administrator access to the relevant systems and to Snowflake.
- The final connector list is agreed before the order form is signed.
- Terms sit under BB-Demo's standard master agreement.
6. Open points in this draft
- Confirm whether dedicated EU data residency is wanted. It would be priced separately as an add-on.
- Confirm whether Premium support or the Sandbox are of interest. Neither is included here.
- Confirm user numbers against the Enterprise allowance once the teams are named.
- Tom to confirm the pricing wording with our finance team before this goes out.
7. Next steps
- Lindqvarn Retail reviews this draft and flags changes.
- Our Solutions Engineer completes the security review with your IT team.
- We agree the connector list and go-live commitments.
- BB-Demo issues the order form for signature.
Let's get something in the diary to walk through this together. No drama if the scope changes: it is a draft.
Best, Tom
