What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Final onboarding plan dated 2 Jun 2025 for the Enterprise subscription: twelve weeks, up to twelve connectors, SSO and SCIM, 150 licensed users. States £99,000 contracted and a contract end of 31 May 2026. Nightly refresh by 07:00 customer local time.
What it is: an onboarding plan prepared by Hamza Akhtar, Implementation Consultant, setting out four phases over twelve weeks from the 1 Jun 2025 subscription start. It covers security review support, connecting sources, SSO and SCIM, training, go-live and handover to Esther Quaye.
Commits: "The nightly refresh should complete by 07:00 customer local time on business days once each source is live." It also names up to twelve connectors in total and 150 licensed users.
Unusual: the plan lists "Annual recurring revenue (contracted)" as £99,000, a figure stated in this document only. It is a plan, not an order form, so it does not settle contracted price.
Not settled: the plan does not show whether go-live happened, whether the connectors went live, or what happened at the 31 May 2026 contract end. It names no customer-side people, and the owner Tom Ashdown is not shown as current.

Success measures
- Every agreed connector live and loading each night.
- Admins named and trained.
- Teams asking questions of the brain each week, not just the project group.
- A clear picture of the value for the renewal conversation ahead of the contract end on 31 May 2026.
Risks to watch
- Security review points that take longer than planned to close.
- Source systems changing during the build, which can stop a connector loading.
- Too few named admins on the customer side.
Working rhythm
Hamza Akhtar will hold a short weekly progress call with the customer's project sponsor. Esther Quaye joins from phase three so that the handover is not a surprise. Tom Ashdown stays across the commercial side and will be copied on any change to scope.
