Reconciliation
Current to 11 Oct 26CRM ARR of £320,250 sits £81,750 above the £238,500 invoiced run rate. Three causes explain all of it: a duplicate Brackwell record, Lornefield churn still marked customer and an understated Fenmoor deal. Veldmaat is invoiced £5,000 a year above its order form.
Totals: CRM ARR is £320,250, the invoiced run rate is £238,500 and signed order forms total £233,500. CRM sits £81,750 above invoiced, and three lines explain all of it.
- Brackwell Freight Ltd, £44,000: two CRM organisation records for one company count the Growth subscription twice. The executed order form and the invoices both show £44,000.
- Lornefield Pensions Administration, £44,000: the CRM stage still reads customer, but the last order form ended 2 Apr 2026 and nothing has been invoiced since. This is churn the CRM has not recorded.
- Fenmoor Specialty Underwriting, minus £6,250: the CRM deal closed won at £118,750, while the executed order form is £125,000. The order form and the invoices agree, so the CRM understates this account.
The three lines sum to £81,750, with nothing unexplained. Hollins Tarrant agrees across all three sources.
Invoiced above contract: Veldmaat Payments is invoiced £12,500 a quarter against an order form of £11,250. Invoices therefore run £5,000 a year above the £45,000 contract, and that £5,000 is owed back.
This billing error sits behind the disputed £12,500 invoice due 5 Aug 2026, now 65 days overdue. Joost Verbeek will not discuss renewal until it is corrected.
Credit notes: Fenmoor's £1,042 net credit note of 31 Jul 2026, an Enterprise data-freshness service credit, is a one-off and does not change ARR.
