What the paper says
Document roll-up
Current to 11 Oct 26Five documents are executed. The live paper is the 10 Nov 2025 order form: Growth, 60 users, £51,000 a year to 30 Nov 2026. The 24 Sep 2026 renewal proposal at £58,000 is unsigned. Two 2025 records cite a £46,600 contracted figure that no executed paper states.
Executed: The order form signed 10 Nov 2025 is the live paper. It covers the Growth tier with 60 licensed users at £51,000 a year, billed annually in advance, from 1 Dec 2025 to 30 Nov 2026.
That form sits under the MSA and the DPA, both signed 25 Oct 2024. The first order form of 25 Oct 2024 set £39,600 net after a 10% first-term discount, plus a £12,000 implementation fee.
The expansion form of 10 Jul 2025 added two ten-user packs at £7,000 a year. Both earlier order forms ended on 30 Nov 2025.
Open items: The renewal proposal of 24 Sep 2026 offers a further Growth year for 60 users at £58,000. It is unsigned and follows an internal draft of 21 Sep 2026 at the same price.
Neither the proposal nor the draft gives a basis for the move from £51,000. The v2 price book moves Growth renewals by +13.6%, and the proposals do not refer to it.
The 22 Apr 2026 QBR shows about twelve active users against 60 licensed. The 21 Sep 2026 draft says around ten, which weakens the case for a higher price.
Contradictions: The renewal proposal of 24 Sep 2025 and the QBR of 26 Oct 2025 both state contracted ARR of £46,600. No executed document states that figure.
The executed forms state £39,600 (25 Oct 2024) and £7,000 a year (10 Jul 2025) as separate amounts. The draft MSA of 23 Sep 2024 carries the same figures as the executed MSA and is superseded.
Commitments: Under the 10 Nov 2025 form, availability is 99.5% and P1 first response is 1 business hour. Credits are 10% of one month's fee for availability breaches only, not data freshness.
The MSA renews only by written agreement of both parties, and the order form states no notice period or auto-renewal. Under the DPA, data stays in the customer's own Snowflake account and is not transferred outside the United Kingdom without written agreement.
Gaps: All 19 documents were read. No executed document names the customer signatory, and none shows a customer response to the 24 Sep 2026 proposal.
The documents name Tom Ashdown as account owner and Daniel Okafor as CSM. These records do not show whether both still work at BB-Demo.
