What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Internal draft proposal from Tom Ashdown dated 20 Aug 2024 for the Growth tier. It states a Growth subscription of £39,600 annual, in advance, and a total deal value of £51,600 including the one-off implementation fee. Not yet issued to the customer.
What it is: a draft proposal marked "Status: Draft" (for internal review, not yet issued to the customer). It proposes the Growth tier, covering orders, quality tickets and sales-engineer calls, with Daniel Okafor as customer success manager.
Commits: nothing binding, as it is an unissued draft. It states "The annual subscription price is £39,600" and a total deal value of £51,600 that "is not an annual price" because it includes the one-off implementation fee.
Unusual: service levels are only described as "standard Growth service levels", with no figures stated. The implementation fee is not shown as a separate amount.
Not settled: the connector list, day-one user numbers and the main customer contact are open. Tom is also to confirm the commercial figures against the current price book before issue, so the prices are unverified.

Body
Dunholm Precision - Proposal v1
Status: Draft (for internal review, not yet issued to the customer)
Dunholm Precision, Sheffield
From: Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, BB-Demo
Date: 20 Aug 2024
1. Context
Dunholm Precision makes precision machined components for aerospace and energy customers. Today the information that explains how an order is going lives in several places: customer orders in one system, quality tickets in another, and what the sales engineers say on calls in a third. Nobody sees the three side by side without a manual exercise.
This proposal sets out how BB-Demo's company brain would bring those sources into one place, built and run inside Dunholm Precision's own Snowflake account, so that teams can ask questions of their data instead of reconciling it by hand.
2. What we propose
We propose the Growth tier, which suits several teams working from one shared view.
Read the whole document (2,935 characters)
- Customer orders from your CRM and accounting system, indexed and searchable.
- Quality tickets from the helpdesk, linked to the customer and order they relate to.
- Sales-engineer calls from the call recorder, transcribed and searchable alongside the rest.
- Pages, chat and search across all of the above, plus the dashboards builder.
- Quarterly business reviews with your customer success manager, Daniel Okafor.
3. Scope of the implementation
The implementation is a one-off, fixed-fee piece of work. It covers connecting the agreed sources, building the first set of pages for each team, and training the first group of users. The final list of connectors is still to be confirmed with Dunholm Precision (see open points).
4. Pricing
| Item | Amount |
|---|---|
| Growth subscription, annual, in advance | £39,600 |
| Total deal value (first year subscription plus the one-off implementation fee) | £51,600 |
The annual subscription price is £39,600. The total deal value of £51,600 is not an annual price: it includes the one-off implementation fee, which is not repeated at renewal.
5. Service levels
The standard Growth service levels apply: the Growth availability commitment, the Growth first-response time for priority-one issues, and the nightly refresh completed before the working day starts.
6. Open points (to close before this is issued)
- Confirm the list of connectors Dunholm Precision wants live first.
- Confirm how many people will use the brain on day one, so we can check that against the Growth user allowance.
- Confirm who at Dunholm Precision will be the main contact for the implementation.
- Tom to confirm the commercial figures against the current price book before issue.
7. Next steps
- Review this draft internally and close the open points.
- Issue the final proposal to Dunholm Precision.
- Agree a date for a walk-through with the sales engineering and quality teams.
- Move to an order form under the BB-Demo MSA once the proposal is accepted.
