Final onboarding plan dated 7 Dec 2024 for a Growth tier subscription of 40 licensed users, starting 1 Dec 2024 and ending 30 Nov 2025. It sets out five phases from access to handover and states contracted annual recurring revenue of £39,600.

What it is: an onboarding plan prepared by Callie Brennan, Implementation Consultant, for Dunholm Precision. It runs from access and kickoff through connecting sources, first refresh, adoption and handover.

Commits: Callie runs the plan until handover, then Daniel Okafor takes over adoption and the renewal conversation. The plan states "We do not start a connector until written access is in place."

Unusual: it states contracted annual recurring revenue of £39,600 for the Growth tier, which is a figure in this plan and not a checked order form price. The v1 Growth list price in the brief is £44,000, so the gap is unexplained here.

Not settled: the plan gives no calendar dates for phases, no connector delivery dates and no service levels. It is a 2024 document and does not show what happened after the term ended on 30 Nov 2025.

Dunholm Precision - Onboarding Plan

Status: Final Prepared by: Callie Brennan, Implementation Consultant, BB-Demo Date: 7 Dec 2024

1. Purpose

Dunholm Precision bought the brain to see customer orders, quality tickets and sales-engineer calls in one place. This plan sets out how we get from signed order form to a brain your teams ask questions of every day, and what I need from your side at each step.

3. Outcomes we are working towards

  • Customer orders, quality tickets and sales-engineer calls searchable together in one place.
  • A clean first refresh that lands on time every business morning.
  • A Dunholm admin who can run the brain without us.
  • A first group of regular users asking real questions of the brain.

4. Phases

Phase 1: Access and kickoff

We do not start a connector until written access is in place. What I need from your side is the credentials arriving before the kickoff, not after.

Phase 2: Connect and map

I check each mapping against your data before it is signed off, rather than assuming it is right.

First check-in on usage and questions askedDanielAfter handover

5. What I need from Dunholm Precision

  1. A named operations lead as the day-to-day contact.
  2. A named admin who will own the brain after handover.
  3. Written access to each source before we start on it.
  4. A couple of people from sales engineering and quality who can check that the mappings make sense.

6. Risks to watch

  • Late access. Credentials arriving after kickoff is the most common cause of delay.
  • Changes to a source system. If a source is changed during onboarding, tell us so we can re-check the mapping.
  • Single admin. One admin is a risk if that person is away. We suggest a second admin is named.

7. Governance

Callie runs the plan day to day until handover. Tom Ashdown stays the commercial contact. Daniel Okafor takes over the relationship after handover and owns adoption and the renewal conversation ahead of the end of the term on 30 Nov 2025.

Data as of Fri 9 Oct 2026. Text marked AI was written by the brain from the records listed in its made-from link; an AI output that cannot cite its evidence is refused and the previous text kept.
