What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Final Growth-tier quarterly review dated 22 Apr 2026, prepared by Daniel Okafor. It records contracted ARR of £51,000, 60 licensed users with about twelve active, and a term ending 30 Nov 2026. It is not a contract and quotes no price terms.
What it is: a customer-facing QBR deck from Customer Success, stating "Contracted ARR | £51,000" and "Current term ends | 30 Nov 2026". It is a review, not an order form.
Usage: "Active users averaged around twelve over the last thirty days" against sixty licensed users, so adoption is narrow with plenty of headroom. One high priority ticket was raised in the last thirty days.
Next steps: the deck commits BB-Demo to an adoption session, a review of who asks the most questions and a value summary ahead of the renewal notice. Tom Ashdown owns commercial terms.
Not settled: the deck says "Any pricing will be confirmed in the renewal paperwork", so no renewal price is stated. It does not say what the open ticket was about, and the ARR figure should be checked against the executed order form and invoices.

Quarterly business review, Growth tier Prepared by Daniel Okafor, Customer Success Manager, BB-Demo Date: Wednesday 22 April 2026 Status: Final
1. Where we are
| Item | Position |
|---|---|

| Tier | Growth |
| Contracted ARR | £51,000 |
| Licensed users | 60 |
| Current term ends | 30 Nov 2026 |
| Overdue invoices | None |
Dunholm Precision brought the brain in to see customer orders, quality tickets and sales-engineer calls in one place. This review looks at how the team is using it and what we should do next.
2. Usage
- Active users averaged around twelve over the last thirty days.
- That is up on the prior quarter, which is a welcome move in the right direction.
- Against sixty licensed users, there is a lot of headroom: most of the licensed seats are not yet in regular use.
What this tells us: the core group of users is growing, but adoption is still narrow compared with what the Growth tier covers.
3. Value
Read the whole document (2,612 characters)
- Customer orders, quality tickets and sales-engineer calls can be queried together rather than reconciled by hand across systems.
- The dashboards builder, included in Growth, is available for the team to build the views they use most.
- We would like to put a clearer value story in writing before the renewal conversation, using the questions the team actually asks.
4. Support and issues
- One ticket was raised in the last thirty days, and it was marked high priority.
- There are no overdue invoices.
- Nothing in the ticket history points to a wider problem with the account. We will close the loop with the team on the open ticket directly.
5. Plan for the next quarter
| Action | Owner | Timing |
|---|---|---|
| Run a short adoption session with teams not yet using the brain | Daniel Okafor | Over the coming weeks |
| Review which questions are asked most and who asks them | Daniel Okafor | Before the next review |
| Capture a simple value summary for the renewal | Daniel Okafor with Tom Ashdown | Ahead of the renewal notice |
| Confirm renewal scope and commercial terms | Tom Ashdown | Ahead of contract end on 30 Nov 2026 |
6. Renewal outlook
The current term runs to 30 Nov 2026. The renewal notice and conversation will be led from Customer Success, with Tom Ashdown owning the commercial terms. Any pricing will be confirmed in the renewal paperwork rather than quoted from this deck.
7. Thank you
Thanks to the Dunholm Precision team for their time. Just to close the loop: I will come back to you with the adoption session dates shortly.
Best wishes, Daniel
