What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Internal draft renewal proposal for the Growth term ending 30 Nov 2026, proposing £58,000 a year for 60 licensed users, against contracted ARR of £51,000. Not yet shared with the customer, and the price is unconfirmed.
What it is: an internal draft by Tom Ashdown, created 2026-09-21, marked "Draft for internal review. Not yet shared with the customer." It proposes a one-year Growth renewal for the term starting the day after 30 Nov 2026.
Commits: nothing binds anyone yet. The proposed terms are Growth tier, 60 licensed users, annual price £58,000, billed "Annually in advance, on standard payment terms".
Unusual: the proposed £58,000 sits above the stated contracted ARR of £51,000, and the draft itself lists "Agree internally how to explain the change from the current contracted ARR" as an open point. Usage is described as softer, with around ten active users against sixty licensed.
Not settled: the price is only "the proposed figure for this draft" and is to be confirmed in the order form. User number, connector set and an adoption session are all open, and the draft does not state the basis of the increase.

Body
Dunholm Precision - Renewal Proposal v1
Draft for internal review. Not yet shared with the customer.
Prepared by Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, BB-Demo Date: Monday 21 September 2026 CSM: Daniel Okafor
1. Context
Dunholm Precision, a Sheffield manufacturer of precision machined components for aerospace and energy customers, has used the brain since 1 Dec 2024. It brings customer orders, quality tickets and sales-engineer calls together in one place, inside the company's own Snowflake account.
The current Growth term ends on 30 Nov 2026. Contracted ARR today is £51,000. This proposal sets out the renewal for the next term.
2. How the account is doing
- Activity has eased a little against the prior quarter. Active users averaged around ten over the last thirty days.
- Sixty users are licensed, so there is plenty of room for more of the business to use the brain.
- One ticket was raised in the last thirty days, and it was marked high priority.
- There are no overdue invoices.
The softer usage is something to address with the team before signing, not something to hide in the paperwork. Daniel will pick this up with the day-to-day users.
