What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Renewal proposal dated 24 Sep 2026 for the Growth tier, 60 licensed users, current term ending 30 Nov 2026. It moves the annual price from £51,000 to £58,000, billed annually in advance. It is a proposal, not an executed order form.
What it is: a renewal proposal from Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, for a further annual Growth term. It states "Current contracted annual recurring revenue" of £51,000 and a "Proposed annual price" of £58,000.
Commits: nothing binding yet. The next step is that Dunholm Precision confirms, then Tom issues the renewal order form. Billing is "Annually in advance, standard payment terms".
Unusual: the price rise is stated without a reason, and the text says any first-term discount "applies to that term only and does not carry into the renewal". The proposal also admits active users "dipped a little", which sits awkwardly beside a higher price.
Not settled: the document does not state the renewal order form date, a notice period or any service level figures beyond "Service levels remain those of the Growth tier". It does not say whether the customer has responded.

Body
Dunholm Precision - Renewal Proposal
Status: Final, version 1 Date: 24 Sep 2026 Prepared by: Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, BB-Demo Customer success manager: Daniel Okafor Customer: Dunholm Precision, Sheffield
1. Context
Dunholm Precision has used the BB-Demo company brain since 1 December 2024, bringing customer orders, quality tickets and sales-engineer calls into one place that your teams can search and question. The brain runs inside your own Snowflake account, so your data stays where you already hold it.
Your current term ends on 30 Nov 2026. This proposal sets out how we suggest the subscription continues from there.
2. How the year has gone
Read the whole document (2,933 characters)
- Support: one ticket in the last month, and it was high priority. There are no overdue invoices on the account.
- Usage: the number of active users has dipped a little against the previous quarter. We read that as headroom rather than a problem: the licence covers sixty users, and there is room for more of your teams to benefit.
- Value: the brain is doing the job you bought it for, joining orders, quality issues and engineer conversations. We would like to use the coming year to widen who asks it questions.
3. What we propose
Renew the Growth tier for a further annual term, starting when the current term ends.
| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Tier | Growth |
| Deal type | Renewal |
| Licensed users | 60 |
| Current contracted annual recurring revenue | £51,000 |
| Proposed annual price | £58,000 |
| Billing | Annually in advance, standard payment terms |
The Growth tier continues to include the dashboards builder and quarterly business reviews, alongside pages, chat and search across your connected systems.
4. What changes
The annual price moves from £51,000 to £58,000. Any discount that applied to your first term applies to that term only and does not carry into the renewal. Service levels remain those of the Growth tier unless you tell us you want something different.
5. What we would like to do together
- Hold a review of usage with your operations lead, so we can see which teams are asking the most questions and which have not started.
- Agree two or three questions per team that the brain should answer well, and check them against live data.
- Look at whether further connectors or users would help once the renewal is in place.
Daniel will run the review and the quarterly business reviews through the year.
6. Next steps
| Step | Owner | When |
|---|---|---|
| Confirm you are happy with this proposal | Dunholm Precision | Before the current term ends |
| Issue the renewal order form | Tom Ashdown | On your confirmation |
| Usage review and plan for the year | Daniel Okafor | Early in the new term |
If anything here does not match what you expected, tell me and I will pick it up. No drama, we have time before 30 Nov 2026.
Tom Ashdown Account Executive, BB-Demo
