What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Unsigned renewal proposal dated 24 Sep 2025 from Tom Ashdown. It offers Growth tier for 60 licensed users at an annual price of £51,000, billed in advance, payment thirty days from invoice. The term it would renew ended on 30 Nov 2025.
What it is: a renewal proposal, not a contract. The signature block for the authorised signatory and the Account Executive is blank, and the text says "We issue the order form for signature ahead of 30 Nov 2025."
Commits: nothing binding. It proposes "Growth tier, annual, billed in advance", 60 licensed users, "Annual price" of £51,000 and "Thirty days from invoice" payment terms. Service levels are only described as the standard Growth ones, with no figures stated.
Unusual: it sets the deal amount against "Current contracted annual recurring revenue" of £46,600, so the proposed price is higher than that stated figure. The text does not state a discount or an auto-renewal.
Not settled: whether the customer accepted, and what the executed order form says. The stored status is final, but the text shows an unsigned proposal, and an executed order form would override it. It is stale as of today.

1. Where we are
Dunholm Precision joined BB-Demo on 1 Dec 2024 on the Growth tier, to see customer orders, quality tickets and sales-engineer calls in one place. The current term ends on 30 Nov 2025. Thank you for a good first year: this proposal sets out how we would like to carry on from there.
2. The year in brief
- More people are using the brain each month than at the start of the term, and usage has risen compared with the previous quarter.
- There have been no support tickets in the last thirty days.
- Invoices have been settled on time throughout.

4. Service levels
The standard Growth service levels continue: the Growth availability commitment, the Growth first-response time for priority incidents, and the nightly refresh completed before the start of your business day.
