Executed: the order form signed 13 Dec 2024 sets the Growth tier at £39,600 a year after a 10% first-term discount, plus a £12,000 one-off implementation, for 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025. The signed MSA and signed DPA, both dated 13 Dec 2024, sit alongside it.
Renewal paper: none of the 12 documents read is an executed renewal, so the documents show no contracted term after 31 Dec 2025. As of 9 Oct 2026 the documents do not show whether Fairhallow Travel renewed.
Open items: the renewal proposal of 24 Oct 2025, stored as final, offers three options but states no fee. Tom Ashdown promised to confirm the fee in writing. Its 21 Oct 2025 draft also leaves the price to be confirmed.
Superseded drafts: the MSA v2 draft of 25 Nov 2024 and the proposal v1 draft of 31 Oct 2024 were overtaken by the signed paper. The executed MSA says it supersedes earlier drafts in the folder.
Contradictions: the executed MSA states P1 first response as 1 hour, while the executed order form states 1 business hour. The MSA v2 draft of 25 Nov 2024 also says 1 hour.
Refresh wording: the onboarding plan of 1 Jan 2025 promises the nightly refresh before the start of the business day, with no clock time. The security questionnaire of 21 Oct 2024 and the 24 Oct 2025 renewal proposal say by 07:00.
Commitments: the order form's service levels, billing and credits applied to the term ending 31 Dec 2025. The DPA's processor obligations carry no end date and apply to every order form under the MSA.
Next term: the order form says the discount applies to the first term only. The executed MSA treats the £44,000 list line as applying from the next term.
Gaps: no signed document names the Fairhallow Travel signatory, only an authorised signatory with the title Director. The documents do not show a renewal fee, notice terms, or whether Tom Ashdown, named as account owner, is still active at BB-Demo.
Security follow-up: the security questionnaire deferred certifications, testing and sub-processors to written confirmation. Nothing read shows those confirmations were sent.
