What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26A draft proposal dated 31 Oct 2024 from Tom Ashdown for the Growth tier. It quotes an annual subscription of £39,600 and a total deal value of £51,600 including implementation. It is not a contract and was never final in this version.
What it is: a draft proposal, marked "Status: Draft", prepared by Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, for Fairhallow Travel in Manchester. It proposes the Growth tier with the dashboards builder and quarterly reviews with Marcus Bell.
Commits: nothing binding. It quotes "Growth subscription, annual, billed in advance | £39,600" and a total deal value of £51,600 including the one-off implementation fee, on thirty-day terms, with implementation over eight weeks.
Unusual: the implementation fee is not itemised. The total is described as including it, so the fee has to be inferred from the difference between the two figures, and the text does not state it.
Not settled: the connector list and go-live order, named users at launch, whether a security questionnaire is needed, and the implementation start date. Service levels are referred to as standard Growth levels without figures. A final proposal and an order form under the master agreement were still to follow.

Body
Fairhallow Travel - Proposal v1
Status: Draft
Prepared by Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, BB-Demo Date: 31 Oct 2024 Prepared for: Fairhallow Travel, Manchester
1. Context
Fairhallow Travel is a business travel management company serving corporates across the north. Your teams currently hold client bookings, service tickets and account reviews in separate systems, and pulling a single view of a client together means a lot of manual reconciling.
You asked us to show how a single, queryable layer over those sources could give your account managers and service teams one place to ask questions and see the full picture of a client.
2. What we propose
The BB-Demo company brain, built and run inside your own Snowflake account, on the Growth tier.
- Connects your CRM, helpdesk and the other sources your teams rely on, up to the Growth connector allowance.
- Pages, chat and search across all connected sources.
- The dashboards builder, so your teams can build their own client views.
- Quarterly business reviews with your customer success manager, Marcus Bell.
- Your data stays in your Snowflake account throughout.
3. Implementation
Read the whole document (2,749 characters)
A fixed-fee implementation, delivered over eight weeks, covering connector set-up, the first data load, a working session with your account and service teams, and hand-over to your administrators. Connectors named in the order form will carry a go-live commitment.
