What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26A BB-Demo quarterly business review deck for Fairhallow Travel dated 18 May 2025, on the Growth tier with 40 licensed users and contracted ARR of £39,600 for the term 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025. It states no service levels and is not a contract.
What it is: a customer-facing QBR deck prepared by Marcus Bell, Customer Success Manager, with Tom Ashdown named as account owner. It reports rising but concentrated adoption and says "Usage is still well below the 40 licensed users".
Commits: nothing contractual. The plan table sets informal actions: a service team session, agreeing a time-saved measure, and a review of teams not yet using the brain, all dated only as "Over the coming weeks" or "Before the next review".
Unusual: the deck gives no baseline for value, saying "We do not yet have a before-and-after measure of time saved". It notes two tickets in the last 30 days, one high priority, without detail.
Not settled: the term ended on 31 Dec 2025, so the deck is stale for current renewal work. It does not show the outcome of the renewal, current pricing or whether the adoption plan was agreed.

What we will cover
- How the brain is being used
- What value it is giving your teams
- Open issues and support
- Plan for the rest of the term
Your plan at a glance
| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Tier | Growth |
| Licensed users | 40 |
| Annual recurring revenue (contracted) | £39,600 |
| Term | 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025 |
| Payments | Up to date, nothing overdue |
Usage
I've pulled the numbers for the last quarter.
- Active users are up sharply on the previous quarter. That is the direction we wanted after onboarding.
- Usage is still well below the 40 licensed users, so there is plenty of room for more of your teams to come in.
- The strongest use so far is looking up a client's bookings alongside their open service tickets.
What it tells us: adoption is moving the right way but is concentrated in a small group. Spreading it across account managers and the service team is the main opportunity.
Value
Read the whole document (2,543 characters)
- Teams are asking questions of the brain instead of pulling bookings, tickets and review notes from separate systems.
- Account reviews can be prepared from one view of a client rather than three.
- Your team has started building its own dashboards, which shows investment on your side.
We do not yet have a before-and-after measure of time saved. I would like to agree one with you so the value is easy to show internally.
Support and issues
- Two tickets were raised in the last 30 days, and one of them was high priority.
- Both are being handled by our support team through the normal process.
- Nothing is overdue on the billing side.
If anything on the support side has felt slow from your end, please tell me. I'm happy to jump on a call.
Plan for the rest of the term
| Action | Who | When |
|---|---|---|
| Run a short session for the service team on using chat and search | Marcus Bell with your team lead | Over the coming weeks |
| Agree a simple measure of time saved on account review preparation | Marcus Bell and your project lead | Before the next review |
| Review which teams are not yet using the brain | Marcus Bell | Before the next review |
| Any questions on commercial terms | Tom Ashdown | As needed |
Looking ahead
The current term runs to 31 Dec 2025. Ahead of that we will review usage together and cover renewal. Shall we book 30 minutes next month to go through the adoption plan?
Thanks, Marcus
