Document roll-up

Current to 11 Oct 26

The executed order form, MSA and DPA dated 16 Jan 2026 put Wexmoor on Growth at £50,000 a year from 2 Feb 2026 to 1 Feb 2027, with 99.5% availability. Two older drafts are superseded. Renewal terms and price are not yet documented.

Executed: The signed order form of 16 Jan 2026 sets the Growth tier at £50,000 a year, billed in advance on 30 days from invoice, for 2 Feb 2026 to 1 Feb 2027. Jordan Pike signed for BB-Demo and Tyler Brooks, Chief Operating Officer, signed for Wexmoor.

The signed MSA and DPA, both dated 16 Jan 2026, are consistent with it. The MSA adds a £12,000 one-off implementation fee, and the order form prevails over the MSA on price, term or service levels.

Open items: Two drafts remain on file, Proposal v1 of 12 Nov 2025 and MSA v2 of 16 Dec 2025. Both are superseded by the copies executed on 16 Jan 2026, and the final proposal of 17 Nov 2025 carries the same £50,000 subscription.

Renewal is open. The order form says it will be discussed ahead of the end date, with no auto-renewal, notice period or renewal price, and the MSA says it will be documented in a new order form led by Elena Novak.

Contradictions: No conflict on price, service levels or dates was found between the drafts and the executed paper. The draft MSA v2 left governing law, the liability cap and the customer signatory open, and the executed MSA defers liability limits to the order form, which does not state them.

The onboarding plan, success plan and both QBR decks label the £50,000 as contracted annual recurring revenue. That is their own wording; the order form calls it the annual subscription.

Commitments: The executed documents carry these live obligations:

  • Availability of 99.5% and a P1 first response of 1 business hour, under the order form.
  • Nightly refresh by 07:00 customer local time on business days, with credits of 10% of one month's fee for availability breaches only, so a late refresh earns no credit.
  • Notice of security incidents without undue delay and notice of new sub-processors, under the DPA.

Gaps: All 11 documents were read. The order form promises no connector delivery dates, and the DPA names neither the sub-processors nor the transfer mechanism.

The success plan of 26 Apr 2026 flagged two overdue invoices with no stated cause, and the QBR of 20 Sep 2026 reports none overdue. Invoices are not among these documents, so payment status needs checking in accounting.

Size is importance: state 40%, category 20%, recency 25% (18-month half-life on the as-of date) and usage 15%. There are no view counts: usage means how many of our own analyses cite the document, saturating at 5. A draft hangs on the executed or issued document it drafts for, in the same folder. A draft with nothing executed behind it stays a small leaf on its own.

Data as of Fri 9 Oct 2026. Text marked AI was written by the brain from the records listed in its made-from link; an AI output that cannot cite its evidence is refused and the previous text kept. Where two systems disagree (for example a contract and the CRM), the key facts show both values and mark the difference.
