Draft proposal dated 12 Nov 2025 for the Growth tier for a new customer. The annual Growth subscription is £50,000 and the total deal value is £62,000 including the one-off implementation fee. Service levels are described in words only, with no figures.

What it is: a draft proposal from Jordan Pike, Account Executive, US, to Wexmoor Property Group in Chicago. It says "Prepared for discussion and not yet agreed", so it is an open item and not a contract.

Commits: nothing binding. It states "The annual price of the Growth subscription is £50,000" and that the £62,000 total "is not an annual price" because it includes the one-off implementation fee.

Unusual: no discount is shown, and service levels are given in words so that "the order form is the single place where the precise figures are set". It also says Growth does not include a formal security review programme.

Not settled: the source list, launch teams, add-ons and project owner are listed as open points. The evidence does not show whether an order form was ever issued or signed, and the draft is dated 12 Nov 2025, so it may be stale.

1. Context

Wexmoor Property Group manages office and light-industrial portfolios across the Midwest. To be transparent about what we heard: your operations teams spend too much time moving between systems to answer simple questions. Tenant tickets sit in one place, lease-renewal conversations are recorded in another, and service contracts live in a third. Nobody has a single view of a building, a tenant or a contract without asking a colleague or building a spreadsheet by hand.

This proposal sets out how BB-Demo would give your operations teams one place to ask those questions, and what it would cost.

2. What BB-Demo does for Wexmoor

Read the whole document (5,969 characters)

BB-Demo is the company brain: one layer over your CRM, calls, emails, tickets and documents, built and run inside your own Snowflake account. Your data stays in your environment. Your people ask questions in plain language and get answers that point back to the source record.

For Wexmoor, we would focus on three jobs:

  • Tenant tickets. See open and recurring issues by building, tenant and portfolio, alongside the history of calls and emails with that tenant.
  • Lease-renewal calls. Search recorded renewal conversations for what the tenant asked for, what was promised and what is still open.
  • Service contracts. Find the contract behind a service issue, including renewal dates and obligations, without opening folders one by one.

3. Scope

Included in this proposal

  • The Growth tier, designed for several teams working from the same brain.
  • Connection of your helpdesk, call recorder, CRM and the document store that holds your service contracts, within the Growth connector allowance.
  • Pages, chat and search across all connected sources.
  • The dashboards builder, so your operations leads can build their own portfolio views.
  • Quarterly business reviews with your customer success manager.
  • The Growth user allowance, with the option to add further users later.
  • A fixed-fee implementation, delivered over the standard Growth implementation period.

Not included

  • Dedicated data residency, Premium support and the Sandbox, which are available as add-ons if needed.
  • Single sign-on and SCIM, which belong to the Enterprise tier.
  • On-site training, which can be added as a separate day if your teams would value it.

4. Commercials

ItemDescriptionAmount
Growth subscriptionAnnual, billed in advance£50,000
ImplementationOne-off fixed fee, covering connector set-up, data model and onboardingIncluded in the total below
Total deal valueAnnual subscription plus the one-off implementation fee£62,000

Please read the figures carefully. The annual price of the Growth subscription is £50,000. The total deal value of £62,000 is not an annual price: it includes the one-off implementation fee, which is charged once at the start. In later years the subscription is the recurring charge.

No discount is shown in this draft. If Wexmoor would like to discuss the commercial structure, such as quarterly billing, we can set that out in the order form.

5. Implementation approach

Connectors promised in the order form will carry a commitment to be live within a stated number of days. We will agree those commitments with you before anything is signed.

6. Service levels

Under the Growth tier, the standard Growth service levels apply:

  • Availability at the standard Growth level, with service credits if it is missed.
  • A first response to priority-one issues at the Growth response time.
  • A nightly refresh completed before the start of your business day, on business days.

These are described in words here so that the order form is the single place where the precise figures are set. If Wexmoor needs something different, an executed order form can change any of them.

7. Security and data handling

Because BB-Demo runs inside your Snowflake account, your data does not leave your environment. If your security team wants to review how we work, we will share our answers openly, including anything that is not yet in place. Here's where we are: Growth does not include a formal security review programme, but we will support your questions in the normal course of the sale.

8. Open points for this draft

  • Final list of sources to connect, and which system holds the service contracts.
  • Which teams will use the brain at launch, so we can size users correctly.
  • Whether Wexmoor wants any add-ons priced before the order form.
  • Who at Wexmoor will own the project day to day.

9. Next steps

  1. Wexmoor reviews this draft and sends comments to Jordan Pike.
  2. BB-Demo and Wexmoor agree the source list and launch teams.
  3. BB-Demo issues an order form under the MSA for signature.
  4. Elena Novak schedules kick-off once the order form is executed.

What would make this a yes? Tell us what is missing from this draft and we will fix it.

Thanks, Jordan
