What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26A Customer Success Manager's success plan for Wexmoor Property Group's Growth tier, issued 26 Apr 2026. It sets adoption goals and three phases, and flags two overdue invoices with no stated cause. It states a contract end of 1 Feb 2027 and no service levels.
What it is: a working success plan written by Elena Novak for Jordan Pike and the Wexmoor operations team. It is marked "Status: Final, first version, issued on 26 Apr 2026."
Commits: BB-Demo to a written summary after every call and a monthly usage review. Any order form change goes through Jordan Pike and is confirmed in writing.
Unusual: it states "Contracted annual recurring revenue" of £50,000 in a table. This is the plan's own figure, not an executed order form, so it should be checked against the order form.
Not settled: the reason for the two overdue invoices ("I do not yet know the reason"), the champion and backup, and the date of the first quarterly business review. It gives no user counts, no service levels and no resolution date for billing.

Why Wexmoor bought the brain
Read the whole document (4,953 characters)
Wexmoor wants operations to see tenant tickets, lease-renewal calls and service contracts in one place, rather than reconciling them by hand across separate systems. The success of this plan is measured against that single aim: operations teams asking the brain, and trusting the answer, instead of chasing the source systems.
Where the account stands today
- Adoption is early but moving. The group of active users is small compared with the licensed allowance of 40, yet it has grown strongly against the prior quarter. This is the right direction. There is a lot of headroom.
- Support is quiet. There were no tickets in the last thirty days, and none of high priority. I read this as a settled start, but I will confirm with the team that silence means the brain is working and not that people have stopped trying.
- Billing needs attention. Two invoices are showing as overdue. To confirm, I do not yet know the reason. This may be a routine matter on either side. I will raise it with our finance team and with your contact, and I will not name a resolution date until Finance has confirmed one.
Goals for the term
- Broaden use beyond the first group. Move from a handful of regular users towards each operations team using the brain weekly, within the licensed allowance.
- Show value in Wexmoor's own words. Agree with your operations leads three or four recurring questions that matter most, such as lease-renewal timing, open tenant issues by building and service contract coverage, and track how often they are answered by the brain.
- Keep the data fresh. Make sure every connected source keeps loading, so answers reflect the previous working day.
- Build the case for renewal early. Arrive at the renewal conversation with a clear record of what the brain has been used for and what it has saved.
Plan by phase
Phase one: settle and measure
- Confirm the named champion and any backup on the Wexmoor side.
- Agree the recurring questions that define value.
- Review the list of connected sources and confirm each is loading as expected.
- Clear up the two overdue invoices with the right contacts on both sides.
Phase two: widen the audience
- Run short working sessions with the property operations, leasing and service-contract teams.
- Encourage teams to build pages and dashboards on the Growth tier, so that Wexmoor owns its own views.
- Review who is asking questions, so that no single person carries most of the usage.
Phase three: prove and plan
- Hold the quarterly business review included in the Growth tier and present usage, questions asked and examples of value.
- Discuss whether any further teams or connectors are needed, and what that would involve.
- Prepare for the renewal notice ahead of the contract end on 1 Feb 2027.

- Jordan Pike: confirm with Wexmoor's sponsor who is the right contact for commercial and billing matters.
- Wexmoor operations lead: name the champion and a backup.
- Both sides: agree the date of the first quarterly business review.
Kind regards, Elena
