What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Tom Ashdown opened the renewal on 24 Nov 2025 for a Starter term starting 1 Jan 2026. The customer was happy, declined more users or connectors, and asked about price. Usage is about three active users.
What happened: Tom and Marcus Bell proposed rolling Starter forward unchanged. Tom said he would confirm the renewal price and send a quote, with the order form aimed at mid-December.
Customer view: Asif Nuttall, Managing Director, said they were happy and valued one place for customer and job details. Luke Oakes called it solid, and no tickets had been raised.
Commercial: Elliot Lomax, Financial Controller, asked whether pricing is the same as this year and was told the current figure is £19,500. He declined an upgrade for now.
Watch: only about three of 15 licensed users are active, which makes the value case thin. The evidence does not show the quote or a signed order form.

Opportunities

Transcript
- Tom Ashdown NoneRight, hi everyone. Thanks for getting on the call. How's your week been?
- Asif Nuttall NoneGood thanks, pretty busy on the operations side with some weather delays this week. Otherwise ticking along. How are things at your end?
- Tom Ashdown NoneNo drama. So I wanted to get us together to chat through the renewal. Your contract with us runs to 31 December 2025, so we should get everything sorted well before the end of the year. I thought we'd touch base on how you've been getting on with the system, what's working well, and then sort out the paperwork side.
- Marcus Bell NoneYeah, good. I've pulled the numbers and I'm happy to walk through what we're seeing. Luke, from the data it looks like the tool's been useful for the contracts and job tickets side of things?
- Luke Oakes NoneYeah, it's been solid. The connector's pulling everything in cleanly and the team can get what they need without having to hop between systems. That's exactly what we were after.
- Marcus Bell NoneGood to hear. One thing I noticed is we haven't had any tickets from you, so that suggests the system's been pretty stable. I did want to check one thing though: we're seeing about three active users on the platform. Is that just your core team, or do others log in as well?
- Luke Oakes NoneIt's mostly me and a couple of people in ops who pull reports regularly. The other folks have access if they need it, but they're not heavy users. For what we do it's more than enough.
- Tom Ashdown NoneThat makes sense. You're on Starter at the moment, which gives you 15 licensed users and the connectors you've set up. For the renewal we'd be rolling that forward, same tier, same benefits.
- Elliot Lomax NoneAnd pricing-wise, are we looking at the same as this year?
- Tom Ashdown NoneSo you're at 19,500 for this year. I'll confirm the exact renewal price and send that over early next week, but I wanted to chat it through with you first so there are no surprises. The new term kicks in 1 January 2026.
- Asif Nuttall NoneRight. And we've been happy with it, to be honest. It's given us what we needed: getting the customer view and the job details in one place rather than logging into two systems.
- Marcus Bell NoneBrilliant. That's exactly the outcome we're after. So on the admin side, I'll send you a quote once Tom's confirmed the numbers, you've got a look, and then we'll get the order form over. Usually takes a couple of weeks to get through your sign-off. Does that cadence work?
- Elliot Lomax NoneYeah, that's fine. Do I need to be involved in the sign-off?
- Tom Ashdown NoneYeah, ideally we'd have you and Asif sign off on the order form. I'll send the quote through and we'll work with you on the rest. Shall we say early December for the quote and we'll aim to have you sign by mid-month?
- Asif Nuttall NoneThat works for us.
- Luke Oakes NoneOne question: is there anything new coming that we should be aware of, or is it pretty much status quo on the product side?
- Marcus Bell NoneThere's a fair bit happening on the product roadmap. We've been improving search performance, refining the interface. But for Starter tier the core offering stays the same. You've got pages, chat, search and the connectors you need. If you ever want to explore other options, like more users, more connectors, that sort of thing, we can have that chat anytime. Growth tier would give you more of both if you wanted to scale.
- Elliot Lomax NoneNot for the moment. We're comfortable where we are.
- Tom Ashdown NoneFair enough. So to recap: I'll get the quote to you by end of next week, you'll have a look, let me know if anything needs discussion, and then we'll push the order form through for mid-December. That gives us a good window before year end. Sound alright?
- Asif Nuttall NoneYeah, that sounds good. Thanks Tom.
- Marcus Bell NoneAnd look, if there's anything you need in the meantime, just shout. Otherwise we'll touch base in a couple of weeks when we've got the quote sorted.
- Tom Ashdown NoneCheers, everyone. Speak soon.
