As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Ffion reported Salesforce data had not synced since yesterday morning, with operator ticket counts and membership data stalled. Bethan discovered the connector was in a retry loop due to API key rotation, re-authenticated with stored secrets, and queued the next refresh.
Problem: Salesforce connector stopped syncing after yesterday morning. Ffion noted operator ticket counts and membership data should refresh nightly but had no new data for over 24 hours. Handling: Bethan identified the connector in a retry loop. The customer's API key had been rotated yesterday, breaking authentication. She re-authenticated using the secrets store and restarted the sync for the next scheduled refresh. Watch: This was customer-initiated, not a platform issue. Watch for similar auth failures if customer changes API keys without notifying BG-Demo first.

Our operator ticket counts and membership data should be refreshing overnight but nothing new has come through since early yesterday. Could you take a look at what's happening with the connector? It was working fine until then. Thanks, Ffion

The Salesforce connector was in a retry loop - it looks like your API key may have been rotated yesterday, which broke the connection. I've re-authenticated with the key in your secrets store and restarted the sync. Your data should come through with the next scheduled refresh. Can you confirm once you see it? Thanks, Bethan
