Problem: Ofgem licence requires audit trail of access control modifications. Brimscombe currently has no log of who changed roles or when, blocking regulatory compliance certification.
Handling: Bethan confirmed the requirement, checked with product team, and confirmed audit logging is on the roadmap. The team will reach out on timing and scope.
Watch: This is a compliance blocker for regulated operations. Without audit logging, Brimscombe cannot certify access control compliance to its regulator. Feature is critical to renewal discussion for any regulated customer segment.

Currently there's no log of who changed what role or when. Required: - Log entries for user and role changes - Timestamp and author of each change - Before/after state of the change Is this feasible? Just so I've got this right, you're looking for a full audit trail of all role and user changes so you can prove to Ofgem that access controls are properly managed. This is actually something we've had on the roadmap. I'm going to pick this up with the product team to find out where it sits. In the meantime, is there anything else you need help with?
