What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Nikhil reports approximately 40 duplicate site records in brain index with no corresponding duplicates in Salesforce source data. Last sync completed without errors. Bethan requests example site IDs to trace duplicates through connector logs to source.
Data quality issue affecting approximately 40 records. Nikhil has ruled out source-side corruption; issue is in the brain's indexing or connector logic.
Problem: Similar to tkt_154_0010 (duplicate accounts); the pattern suggests a systemic indexing issue spanning multiple record types.
Handling: Bethan correctly asks for example IDs to trace through connector logs; investigation not advanced in visible evidence.

- created · Nikhil Rao 16 Jun 2025 17:36We're seeing duplicate site records showing in the brain index - roughly forty of them scattered across our customer records. I checked the load history this morning and the most recent Salesforce sync completed without errors. The duplicates have to be either a schema change at source or data that was already malformed when we loaded it. The load history shows no errors or warnings, so I'm not sure what's causing it. Can you look at what the connector ingested and trace the duplicates back to source?
- Public reply · Bethan Lister 16 Jun 2025 19:22Thanks for the detail. Just so I've got this right: you're seeing duplicates specifically in the Salesforce index and the last load ran successfully with no errors reported? I've picked this up. Can you share a few example site IDs that are duplicated - I'll trace through what the connector pulled from your system and compare it against what's in your Salesforce export to find where the duplicates came from.
