Managing Director and economic buyer at Silverbeck Energy Services. He approved the Starter proposal and signed the order form the day it was sent. He has not replied to the 1 Sep 2026 renewal notice, which cites usage down 41% on the quarter.

Role: Kevin Kershaw is Managing Director at Silverbeck Energy Services and the CRM economic buyer, based in Aberdeen. He has a platform user account created on 23 Dec 2025, not an admin.

Influence: He sets the urgency and approves the deal. He called the manual friction not a deal-breaker, said he was happy with the proposal on 4 Nov 2025, and signed the order form on 12 Nov 2025.

Watch: The Starter contract ends 30 Nov 2026 and usage is down 41% on the quarter. He has not replied to the 1 Sep 2026 renewal notice, and the evidence does not show whether a call is booked.

Data as of Fri 9 Oct 2026. Text marked AI was written by the brain from the records listed in its made-from link; an AI output that cannot cite its evidence is refused and the previous text kept. Where two systems disagree (for example a contract and the CRM), the key facts show both values and mark the difference.

BB-Demo is a fictional company: every organisation, person and figure here is invented for this demonstration. B-Brain is the tool that reads its data.
