Executed: The current paper is the order form dated 8 Apr 2026, which runs Starter from 1 May 2026 to 30 Apr 2027 at £20k per year, billed annual in advance on Net 30 days. It sits under the executed MSA and DPA, both dated 17 Apr 2024.
Executed history: The order form of 17 Apr 2024 set the first term at £20k less 10%, giving £18k, plus a £6,000 implementation. The order form of 14 Apr 2025 renewed at £20k with no discount.
Open items: Two drafts remain on file, the proposal v1 of 28 Feb 2024 and the MSA v2 draft of 25 Mar 2024. Both were superseded on 17 Apr 2024 when the executed MSA and order form were signed.

Commitments: Under the 8 Apr 2026 order form, BG-Demo owes 99.5% uptime per calendar month, P1 response within 4 business hours, refresh by 07:00 customer local time and a 5% service credit for an availability miss. The executed DPA requires prior written authorisation before using sub-processors.
Renewal: The executed MSA renews for successive one-year periods unless either party gives 90 days' written notice, at the then-current list price unless otherwise agreed in writing. The renewal after 30 Apr 2027 therefore falls under the v2 price book, where Starter list is £22k, a rise of 12.8%.
Gaps: The executed MSA, DPA and 8 Apr 2026 order form show blank signature lines in the text, and no order form names the customer signatory. The 8 Apr 2026 order form has no renewal clause of its own, so the renewal route rests on the MSA.
