What it says

What this says

As at Fri 9 Oct 2026

Data Processing Agreement between BG-Demo Limited (Processor) and Wellbrook Facilities (Controller), dated 17 Apr 2024 and marked Executed. The signature blocks in the text are blank. It states no price, service levels or renewal date.

What it is: a standard ten-clause DPA under the Master Services Agreement dated 17 April 2024. It covers processing of Personal Data in the Controller's systems, "including client site tickets, audits and invoices", solely to provide B-Glass service.

Commits: the Processor must act only on documented instructions, keep staff bound by confidentiality, maintain security measures, and delete or return Personal Data on termination or request. It must also assist with Data Subject requests and permit audits and inspections.

Unusual: "The Processor shall not engage sub-processors without prior written authorisation from the Controller." That is prior written authorisation, not notice.

Not settled: the signature, name and date lines are blank in the text, although the header says Executed and the stored status is executed. The text gives no notice periods, liability cap or term; liability defers to the Master Services Agreement.
