Marcus Bell sent QBR notes: usage up but small against 40 licensed users, term to 22 Aug 2025. Valerie Okon agreed and asked who should handle Debbie Rowntree's open invoice, saying they will pay once checked.

Ask: Marcus wants a commercial team contact to bring in next and a list of mismatched client names from Sunil Kapoor.

Customer view: Valerie accepts the notes and raises only the invoice. She says payment follows the agreed terms once it has been checked against their records.

Next: Marcus passed the invoice to Rachel Dunmore. Craig and Sunil have not yet replied on the two other items.

Hi all, Thanks for making the time for the QBR today. I've pulled the numbers and wanted to put the main points in writing so we all have the same notes. - Usage: regular users are up on last quarter, which is good to see. It is still a small group against the 40 licensed users, so there is plenty of room for more of the commercial and credit teams. - Support: two tickets in the last month, none high priority. Nothing outstanding on our side. - Connectors: Sunil, the project and finance sources are running as expected. Happy to jump on a call if you want to look at adding anything else. - Contract: the current term runs to 22 Aug 2025. Priya Raman will be in touch about renewal nearer the time, so nothing needed from you yet. Two things I'd like to agree: 1. Craig, who in the commercial team should we bring in next? Shall we book 30 minutes with them? 2. Sunil, could you send me the list of client names that don't match between project and commercial? I'll check whether the brain can tidy that up. Thanks, Marcus

Marcus, Thank you for the notes. Agreed on the points above. One query. Our credit controller, Debbie Rowntree, has an invoice from you showing as open. Could you confirm who at BG-Demo she should speak to? We will pay on the agreed terms once it has been checked against our records. Craig and Sunil can respond on the other two items. Valerie Okon

Hi Valerie, Craig, Sunil, Thanks for the quick reply, Valerie. On the invoice: that sits with our finance team, so I've asked Rachel Dunmore, our Finance Manager, to write to Debbie directly with the details. I don't want to give you a half answer from my side. On the other two items, whenever suits. I'm free most afternoons this week if Craig wants to pick a time for the commercial team session. Thanks, Marcus
