What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026After the QBR, Graham Tovey agrees to start renewal talks early. He wants a plain value view led by Siân Pritchard and advance notice of any change to terms or price. The contract runs to 9 Jan 2027.
Ask: Graham wants a plain view of what the business has gained, including how it holds up with Ofgem, and to know now if terms or price may change. He will not move without Siân's view.
Customer view: He has delegated the detail to Siân and Nikhil Rao, and Daniel Okafor agreed Tom Ashdown will confirm price directly. The thread does not show which price book the contract was signed under.
Next: Daniel offers Siân diary options next week for a value-case session built on what teams ask the brain.

- Daniel Okafor 26 Mar 2026 09:55Hello Siân, Graham and Nikhil, Thank you all for your time on the call. It was good to have the three of you in the same conversation, and I hope it was useful from your side too. Just to close the loop on what we covered: - Usage is up on last quarter, and the teams are using the brain across the 180 licensed users. Siân, you are the best judge of which teams are driving that, so do correct me. - Support has been quiet. Two tickets in the last month, neither of them high priority, and nothing is outstanding on the finance side. - Nikhil, thank you for the detail on the loads and the Snowflake roles. I have noted that you want any access changes agreed in writing through the proper route, not by email. The contract runs to 9 Jan 2027. I would like to start the renewal conversation early and on your terms, so nothing arrives as a surprise. Tom is copied and will join when we get to that stage. How is the team finding it day to day? Anything you would like me to pick up before the next check-in, please say. Best wishes, Daniel
- Graham Tovey 31 Mar 2026 13:25Daniel, Thank you for the note. Agreed on starting the renewal discussion early. Tell me early, not late. Two things for that conversation. First, I want a plain view of what the business has gained from the brain, in terms of what the customer sees and how it holds up with Ofgem. Siân will lead on that and I will not move without her view. Second, I want to know now if anything about the terms or the price is likely to change, so we can plan for it. I have delegated the detail to Siân and Nikhil, so please take the working points up with them. Graham Tovey
- Daniel Okafor 1 Apr 2026 13:48Hello all, Thank you, Graham, that is clear. Siân, I will set up a short session with you to pull together the value case, built from what the teams are actually asking the brain, so that it can be measured rather than claimed. I will come back to you with a couple of options for the diary next week. On the terms, Tom will confirm anything on price directly and will not quote from memory. Graham, I will make sure you hear about any change from us first. Nikhil, I will keep the access points in writing through the proper route, as agreed. On Graham's earlier note, here is the quoted line for reference: > Tell me early, not late. Understood. Best wishes, Daniel
