What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26After the QBR call, Daniel Okafor told Siân Pritchard and Nikhil Rao that active use has dipped against 180 licensed users, and copied Tom Ashdown ahead of the 9 Jan 2026 term end. No customer reply in the thread.
Ask: Daniel asked Nikhil to check connector load history and Siân to gather what the key-account, collections and complaints teams have stopped doing.
Customer view: there is no customer response in the thread, so the cause of the dip is not shown.
Next: Daniel promised to share what BB-Demo can see by the end of the week, before the renewal conversation.

- Daniel Okafor 30 Dec 2025 08:15Hello Siân, hello Nikhil, Thank you both for your time on the QBR call. I wanted to put a few things in writing while they are fresh, and to close the loop on what we agreed. The first is something I would like to understand better rather than assume. Across the 180 licensed users, the number of people actively using the brain has dipped compared with the previous quarter. I do not want to guess at the reason. It may be the holiday period, it may be a change in how the teams are working, or it may be something on the data side that we can fix. Nikhil, when you have a moment, could you look at the load history on your side for the connectors and let me know if anything has been behaving differently? I'll come back to you by the end of this week with what we can see from ours. Siân, it would help to hear from the key-account, collections and complaints teams on what they have stopped doing in the brain, if anything, and what they would like more of. Even a few lines from each lead would do. I have copied Tom, as the contract term ends on 9 Jan 2026 and he will want to be sure the renewal conversation reflects how you are actually using it. I would rather we sort out the usage picture first, so that whatever we discuss is based on what is really happening. How is the team finding it? Please tell me plainly, as that is the most useful thing I can hear. Best wishes, Daniel
