Nikhil Rao confirmed on 28 May 2025 that every morning load had finished before 07:00 since Monday, with no errors. Bethan Lister asked for his go-ahead to close the ticket and had not yet heard back.

Ask: Bethan asked Nikhil to check the load history, note whether each run finished before 07:00 and send a log line for any that did not.

Customer view: Nikhil reported clean runs, no errors and no schema changes on Brimscombe Energy's side. He left the closing to BB-Demo.

Next: Bethan asked him to confirm he is happy to close, and to reply with the run time and log line if loads slip again. The thread ends there with no further customer reply.

Hi Nikhil, I've picked this up following the change we made on your ticket. Just so I've got this right, the problem you reported was with the morning load not showing up in the brain on time. Can you try that and tell me what you see? 1. Check the load history for the last few mornings. 2. Note whether each load finished before 07:00. 3. Send me the log line for any run that did not. If everything looks clean on your side, tell me and I will check it against ours. I'd rather not close the ticket until you have confirmed it works for you. Thanks, Bethan

Bethan, I checked the load history. Every run has finished before 07:00 since Monday. No errors in the log, nothing to attach. I have not touched the source schemas this week, so I don't think anything on our side changed it. Happy for you to confirm from your end. Nikhil

Hi Nikhil, Thanks for checking so quickly. I've looked at our side and the runs match what you describe: all finished, no errors logged. Before I close this, can you confirm you are happy for me to do so? If the loads slip again, reply to this thread with the run time and the log line and I will pick it straight back up. Thanks, Bethan
