Current to 13 Oct 26After the QBR, Marcus Bell reported rising usage, routine tickets and no overdue invoices. Andrew Sugden, the CFO, asked for a year summary of manual reconciliation replaced and asked when to start the renewal talk for the contract ending 10 Apr 2027.
Ask: Andrew wants the summary to show what the brain has replaced in manual reconciliation and how many customers that touches. He will put it in the plan for the renewal discussion.
Customer view: positive on the picture, but extra users only with a business case from Nicola for each depot.
Next: Marcus answers the renewal timing question and builds the summary. The thread does not show a reply.

- Marcus Bell 3 Jun 2026 09:46Hi all, Thanks for making the time for the QBR. I wanted to get the key points down in writing while they are fresh, and I've pulled the numbers so you have them in one place. Where things stand: - Usage is up clearly on the previous quarter. More of the account managers are in the brain each week, and the questions being asked are increasingly about a single customer's collections, tickets and invoices together, which is what Nicola's team set out to do. - Four tickets came in over the last month, none of them high priority, and all were routine. Imran, thank you for the quick turnaround on your side when we needed a customer id checked. - No invoices are overdue and nothing is outstanding with finance. - You have 40 licensed users on the Growth tier, so there is room for more of the team to come on board without any change to the contract. What I took away as next steps: - Nicola: let me know which depots you would like to bring in next, and I'll look at what that does to the usage picture. - Imran: send me a short list of any sources you are thinking of adding, so we can check them against your connector allowance before you switch anything on. - Andrew: the contract runs to 10 Apr 2027, so there is plenty of time, but I'm happy to put together a short summary of what the brain has been used for this year if that would help with your planning. Happy to jump on a call if anything above looks wrong or incomplete. Shall we book 30 minutes in a few weeks to review progress? Thanks, Marcus
- Andrew Sugden 5 Jun 2026 10:13Marcus, Thanks for the note. The summary is useful and the picture is a good one. Yes, please put together the short summary for the year. I would like it to show what the brain has replaced in terms of manual reconciliation, and how many customers that touches. I will put it in the plan for the renewal discussion. On extra users, I am relaxed as long as Nicola has the business case for each depot before anyone is added. Nicola and Imran, please agree between you who goes first. One question: when is the right moment to start talking about the renewal, given the contract end date in April next year? Andrew Sugden
