Company documents
Current to 11 Oct 26All 16 company documents are final internal papers and none is executed, so no contracted terms apply. The 29 Jul 2026 incident report contradicts the 20 Jul 2026 release notes on the nightly refresh, and the board packs move from five to four customers without a bridge.
Executed: none of the 16 company documents is executed; all 16 carry the stored status final. No executed price, term, billing or service level can be taken from them, so every executed term is empty.
Open items: these are final documents, not drafts, but several record actions still open:
- The 29 Jul 2026 incident report lists refresh-completeness alerting and the senior on-call release rule, owned by Ewan Pryce, as open at review.
- The 16 Jul 2026 board pack asks customer success and finance for a renewal and upgrade plan for each live account at the next board meeting.
- Customer success is asked to check whether stale answers drove any customer decision.
Contradictions: three pairs of documents disagree:
- The 20 Jul 2026 release notes for release four-twelve say service levels and the 07:00 nightly refresh target are unchanged; the 29 Jul 2026 incident report records a refresh that did not complete after that release, with brains answering on stale data.
- The 20 Apr 2026 board pack reports five live customers at 31 Mar 2026; the 16 Jul 2026 board pack reports four at 30 Jun 2026 and gives no bridge.
- The 23 Oct 2022 price book needs Chief Executive Officer approval for discounts near the cap; the 1 Dec 2025 price book needs it for any discount or fee waiver.
Commitments: with nothing executed, there are no live contractual commitments here. The 1 Dec 2025 price book sets internal policy: discounts apply to the first term only, and existing customers move to the new list at first renewal after the changeover date.
Gaps: the 23 Oct 2022 price book states no prices at all, and the 1 Dec 2025 price book gives no discount cap, add-on prices or implementation fees. The incident report does not say which customers were affected or how long data was stale.
The board pack figures, four customers at 30 Jun 2026 and written in words, sit far below the company scale of about 100 customers and about £5m ARR. No document explains the gap; the latest board pack covers the quarter to 30 Jun 2026.
