What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26BB-Demo's price book, final, owned by Bridget Kearsley, effective for new business from 1 Dec 2025. Annual list: Starter twenty-two thousand pounds, Growth fifty thousand pounds, Enterprise one hundred and twenty-five thousand pounds. No availability or P1 terms are stated.
What it is: an internal price book that replaces the earlier list for new business from 1 Dec 2025. It is the reference for sales, customer success and finance when preparing a proposal, order form or renewal.
Commits: annual subscription prices, invoiced annually in advance, with quarterly invoicing on request. Discounts "apply to the first term only" and "do not carry into renewal".
Unusual: any discount or fee waiver needs approval from the Chief Executive Officer before it is offered. The book says the executed order form always decides what a signed customer pays.
Not settled: the text does not give the changeover date for existing customers, the implementation fee, add-on prices, the maximum discount, or any service levels. Prices are written in words, not digits.

Body
BB-Demo - Price Book
Status: Final Effective for new business: 1 Dec 2025 Owner: Bridget Kearsley, Chief Financial Officer
Purpose
This price book sets out the subscription list prices that BB-Demo quotes to new customers from 1 Dec 2025. It replaces the earlier list for all new business from that date. It is the reference for the sales team, the customer success team and finance when a proposal, order form or renewal is prepared.
For the avoidance of doubt, the executed order form always decides the price and terms a customer has contracted. This book decides what we quote, not what a signed customer pays.
Subscription list prices
Prices are for the annual subscription, invoiced annually in advance. Quarterly invoicing is available on request. Standard payment terms apply.
| Tier | Who it is for | Annual list price |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | One team getting started with the company brain | Twenty-two thousand pounds |
| Growth | Several teams working from the same brain | Fifty thousand pounds |
| Enterprise | Company-wide and regulated buyers | One hundred and twenty-five thousand pounds |

The implementation of the brain inside the customer's own Snowflake account is a separate one-off fixed fee, quoted with each proposal. It is not part of the annual list price.
What each tier includes
- Starter: one team, the Starter user allowance and connector limit, pages, chat and search, and a six-monthly check-in.
- Growth: several teams, the Growth user allowance and connector limit, everything in Starter, plus the dashboards builder and quarterly business reviews.
- Enterprise: company-wide use, the Enterprise user allowance and connector limit, everything in Growth, plus SSO and SCIM and an executive sponsor. Premium support and the Sandbox are available with Enterprise.
Add-ons
Add-ons are priced separately and quoted on the order form:
- additional blocks of users
- additional blocks of connectors
- Premium support, with a named engineer
- Sandbox
- dedicated EU or US data residency
- on-site training day
Discounts
Discounts apply to the first term only and are capped at the maximum approved by finance. They do not carry into renewal. Any discount or fee waiver needs approval from the Chief Executive Officer before it is offered to a customer.
Existing customers
This list applies to new business from the effective date above.
- A customer who signed under the earlier list keeps that list for the remainder of its current term.
- At its first renewal falling after the changeover date, that customer moves to the list in this book.
- Customers have already been told about the change in writing by their customer success manager.
- Any first-term discount ends at renewal.
Quoting rules
- Quote the tier that matches the number of teams, not the cheapest tier that fits the user count.
- Always show the list price, any discount and the net price as separate lines on the proposal.
- Connectors promised in an order form carry a commitment to be live within an agreed number of days.
- Service levels follow the tier unless the executed order form says otherwise.
- Questions about a price that is not on this list go to finance before anything is promised to the customer.
Questions
Questions about this book go to Bridget Kearsley in finance. Our records show that the sales and customer success teams hold the working copy of the quoting tool; if it disagrees with this book, this book wins.
Best, Bridget
