Problem: Customer combining multiple filters returned unexpected result set; fewer records than anticipated.
Handling: Support confirmed that BB-Demo uses AND logic when combining filters by design. Jens clarified this was the actual behaviour, not a bug.
Watch: User experience opportunity; improve filter documentation or UI to make AND/OR logic explicit.
