Problem: Cerys reported that early adoption enthusiasm had dropped off and sought guidance on re-engagement. Handling: Bethan suggested targeted training sessions showing relevant use cases and weekly digest campaigns to showcase interesting questions. Cerys found the weekly digest idea particularly promising. Watch: Usage drop is a renewal risk; active adoption is required to retain value and justify subscription.

We set it up a while back and early on there was good interest, but usage has dropped off lately. Are there any best practices or tips you'd recommend for getting adoption back up? I want to make sure we're getting the value we paid for. Thanks, Cerys

A couple of ideas: you could run a team session showing specific use cases relevant to your operators, or send out a weekly digest of interesting questions being asked. What do you think would work best for your team? Thanks, Bethan
