Team adoption had dropped after initial interest. Support recommended targeted training and weekly digests; customer found suggestions helpful and planned to implement.

Problem: Cerys reported that early adoption enthusiasm had dropped off and sought guidance on re-engagement. Handling: Bethan suggested targeted training sessions showing relevant use cases and weekly digest campaigns to showcase interesting questions. Cerys found the weekly digest idea particularly promising. Watch: Usage drop is a renewal risk; active adoption is required to retain value and justify subscription.

Hi there, I'm trying to figure out how to get more of my team using the brain. We set it up a while back and early on there was good interest, but usage has dropped off lately. Are there any best practices or tips you'd recommend for getting adoption back up? I want to make sure we're getting the value we paid for. Thanks, Cerys

Hi Cerys, adoption patterns usually pick up again with some targeted training or a reminder campaign. A couple of ideas: you could run a team session showing specific use cases relevant to your operators, or send out a weekly digest of interesting questions being asked. What do you think would work best for your team? Thanks, Bethan

That's helpful, thanks. The weekly digest idea sounds good. I think showing real examples of how other operators use it might click with them. Can you tell me more about how to set that up?
