As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Rhian asked how to search across all leisure centre locations in one query for a customer retention review. Connor explained the multi-select filter and taught her how to save searches, enabling the analysis she needed.
Problem: Rhian was doing a customer retention review and needed to search all locations together to find which had the most tickets in the last month. She could only filter one location at a time. Handling: Connor taught her to use the multi-select filter on the Location field to pull in all locations at once, or select all. He also showed her how to save the search to avoid re-filtering next time. Watch: This was product feature adoption, not a defect. The customer successfully completed their analysis, indicating the feature met her need.

- created · Rhian Morgan 12 Feb 2025 13:56We're doing a customer retention review and I need to search across all our leisure centre locations at once to find which ones had the most tickets in the last month. Right now I can only filter by one location at a time. Is there a way to search across all of them in one query?
