Rhian wanted to export a dashboard to CSV or Excel for monthly reports but could not find the export option initially. After refreshing, the option appeared and worked correctly.

Problem: Rhian could not locate the dashboard export feature despite Connor's guidance. Handling: Connor confirmed the feature is available on Growth and suggested a page refresh. After refreshing, Rhian found and successfully used the export function. Watch: Minor UI discoverability issue resolved by refresh.

I want to export the data from one of our dashboards to use in a monthly report for the leisure centre owners we work with. I've built a dashboard showing ticket volumes and response times by location, but I can't find the export option. Is there a way to download this to CSV or Excel?

Hi Rhian. Good question. You can export a dashboard by clicking the three dots at the top right of the dashboard page and selecting 'Download as CSV'. That will grab the underlying data from the current view. Let me know if you see that option.

I found the three dots menu but I only see Share and Edit. No download option. Am I looking in the right place?

Can you try refreshing the page and looking again? Sometimes the menu doesn't load fully. If you're on the Growth plan, the download should be available. If it's still not there, can you send a screenshot of what you're seeing?

Ah, it appeared after I refreshed. Got it working now, I can export to CSV. Thanks for walking me through it.

How to use the site

Summary is the landing page: what happened this week, the calls just held and the calls coming up, the risks and the renewals due.
Organisations lists every customer. Open one to see its key facts, the AI assessment and next step, platform usage, the ARR journey, deals, documents, contacts and activity, and the lineage of every block.
Conversations, Commercial, People, News and Documents cut the same data by topic. System explains how the site is built and where each figure comes from.
Every card ends with a small made from link: it opens the lineage explorer focused on that card, so you can walk from the figure down to the raw rows it came from.
Use the sun and moon button at the top right to choose dark or light. Choose your device's own mode again to go back to following the device.

How to ask

Press Ask B (the speech bubble) in the header, or open the Ask B page. Type a question, or pick one of the suggestions.

Ask B sends your question to Claude through the B-Glass connector. Claude answers from the same records as these pages, read-only, and links each claim to its source page.
Find (the box in the header) finds the organisations, people, calls, emails, tickets, documents and news that match your words, with links to their pages.
The same connector works in Claude Desktop or the B-Glass Claude Project, with the same answers and sources.
