Dashboard column labels were cut off at the right edge in Chrome for Matthew and other team members. Bethan confirmed a rendering bug with column width calculations; fix coming in next release.

Problem: Matthew reported dashboard column labels overlapping and cut off at the right edge in Chrome. Troubleshooting (cache clear) did not help, and the issue was reproducible across multiple users. Handling: Bethan investigated and found a rendering issue with column width calculation on larger displays. She escalated to engineering, confirmed a fix was in the next release, and provided a browser zoom workaround. First response took 592 minutes (nearly 10 hours); resolution took 17 days.

When I view the dashboard, the column labels are getting cut off on my screen. I'm using Chrome. The labels should be fully visible, they're overlapping the right edge. Can you help me sort this?

Thanks for getting in touch. Can you try clearing your browser cache and refreshing the dashboard? That often fixes layout issues with the columns. Thanks, Bethan

I cleared the cache and refreshed, but it's still cut off. The other team members are seeing the same thing, so it doesn't seem to be a cache issue on my end. Any other ideas?

Cheers, that's useful to know it's happening for multiple users. I've picked this up with our engineering team, it's a rendering issue with the column width on larger displays. There's a fix in the next release. For now, you can zoom out in your browser to see all the columns, which should work as a workaround. Thanks, Bethan
