As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Customer care team could not access the circuit dashboard due to timeout errors. Bethan provided troubleshooting steps and committed to query optimisation but follow-up resolution is undocumented.
Problem: Circuit dashboard showed timeout errors, blocking customer care team operations. Handling: Bethan offered immediate troubleshooting (refresh, narrow date range to 7 days) and noted she would optimise the query. The ticket shows solved but no follow-up documents whether performance was restored or what optimisation was applied.

- created · Alan Rennie 2 Apr 2026 09:55Hi, our customer care team is having trouble getting the circuit dashboard to load this morning. It's showing a timeout error when they try to access it. This is blocking them from helping customers, so we need to get this sorted urgently.
- Public reply · Bethan Lister 2 Apr 2026 12:43Hi Alan. Timeout errors on that dashboard often mean the query is too large or the provisioning system is slow. Try this: 1. Click the refresh button on the dashboard 2. If that doesn't work, try narrowing the date range to the last 7 days instead of 30 3. Let me know what happens I'll look at optimizing that query in the meantime. Thanks, Bethan
