Hi, I've been looking at the dashboard builder and I'm trying to create a set of dashboards for our customer service team to look up customer information. I've got the main data connected but I'm not sure about the best way to organize the tiles and filters for easy navigation. Do you have any guidance on dashboard design, or is there documentation I should read?

Hi Alan, good question. The best approach depends on your audience and use case. For a customer service team, I'd suggest: - Lead with the most-used lookups (customer name, account number) - Group related metrics together - Keep filters at the top and results below Do you want me to walk through an example, or would you prefer to try building it first and then we can review?

That's helpful, thanks. Let me try building it. I'll organize by customer lookup first and then metrics grouped by service type. If I run into issues I'll send over a screenshot.

Perfect. Feel free to send a screenshot whenever and I can give feedback on the structure.

Built it out and it's working really well. The team is happy with the layout and they're able to navigate it quickly. Great advice, cheers!
