- created · Alan Rennie 11 Mar 2026 17:54Hi, I've got an urgent request from our operations team. They need to see the circuit status for all of our SME customers who have faults reported in the last 24 hours. I know the data should be in the brain but I'm not sure how to query it. Can you help me put this together quickly?

Is that the picture? If so, here's how to set that up: 1. Go to the circuit data source in the query builder 2. Add a filter for fault_status equals open 3. Add a date range filter for the created timestamp 4. Select your customer ID and customer name fields 5. Run the query That should get you what you need. Can you try that and tell me what you see? Thanks, Bethan
