As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Lee Hathaway reported invoice dates in the brain showing off by a day or two despite correct amounts. Bethan Lister requested example data to diagnose whether the issue is timezone-related or a feed problem.
Problem: Invoice dates in the brain were off by a day or two compared to Brimscombe's accounting system, affecting teams when reconciling invoices despite amounts being correct.
Handling: Bethan Lister responded and asked for specific examples to diagnose whether this is a timezone conversion issue or a data feed problem on BG-Demo's side.
Watch: Ticket content shows Bethan requesting an example but no resolution is visible in the content. May need follow-up to confirm the root cause was found and fixed.

- created · Lee Hathaway 20 Mar 2026 09:32We've noticed some of our bills are showing in the brain with invoice dates that don't match the accounting system. The amounts are correct but the dates are off by a day or two. This is affecting our teams when they reconcile invoices against the brain data. Is this a known issue?
- Public reply · Bethan Lister 20 Mar 2026 16:32Thanks, Lee. I can see a few bills with the date shifts you're describing. Just so I've got this right: the amounts are correct but the invoice dates are off by a day or two? Can you send me an example of one of the bills that's showing the wrong date? That'll help me check whether it's a timezone issue or a data feed problem on our side. Thanks, Bethan
