Hi, I've received an invoice for our renewal and I need to confirm the details before we process payment. Can someone confirm what we're being charged and walk me through the billing calculation? I want to make sure it aligns with our understanding of the contract before our finance team approves it.

Hi Siân, thanks for getting in touch. I'll look into the details of your renewal invoice with our finance team. What does the invoice show as your annual contract value? Thanks, Bethan

The invoice shows £115,000 for annual subscription. I need to understand what that covers and whether there are any one-off fees on top of that amount. Our finance team wants to verify it matches our understanding of the contract before we approve payment. Diolch, Siân

Perfect. The £115,000 is your annual Enterprise subscription, due upfront for the year. That covers up to 180 users, 20 connectors, SSO, SCIM, Premium support and the Sandbox, all Enterprise features. There are no additional one-off fees beyond that on this invoice. It's payable upfront for the year. Let me know if your finance team needs anything else verified. Thanks, Bethan
