Display issue in the search results panel from the latest release. Bethan correctly troubleshoots by asking for reproduction steps, reproduces the bug on her side, and provides a working workaround.
Handling: Clear browser cache resolves the immediate issue; engineering escalation underway.

I've tried a couple of different searches and it's the same each time. Can you walk me through what you searched for and what exactly the page is showing? That'll help me reproduce it on my end.

The search box is there but nothing populates below it. I know this customer is in the system because I pulled a report on them yesterday without any issues.

Try clearing your browser cache and refreshing the page; that should sort it. I'm escalating this to engineering to get a proper fix in. Let me know how you get on with that. Thanks, Bethan
