Who they are
Insight
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Sana Rahman is Hartside's only admin and main builder of dashboards. She is the day-to-day operator of the brain and a key-person dependency, though not the commercial decision-maker. She asked 7% of the organisation's questions in the last 90 days.
Role: Data and Reporting Manager in Nottingham and the platform admin since 10 Apr 2026. She sets up connectors, chases IT and finance for access, and builds the ticket dashboards.
Influence: she shapes what is connected first and how the brain is run, but Bethany Cole and James Whitworth hold the commercial decision. Colleagues route every university number through her.
Watch: she is the single admin, stretched alongside her reporting work. A second admin was agreed in principle but the records here do not show it done. Her share of questions is 8% over twelve months and 7% over the last 90 days.
