What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026After the demo, Lewis Kerr restates the £57k Growth proposal plus VAT. Sana Rahman asks about nightly refresh timing and who would administer the brain alongside her day job.
Ask: Sana wants ticketing and accounting connected first, then the CRM, and confirmation that refresh finishes before teams start.
Customer view: She is the likely operator and is wary of administration load. Lewis confirmed refresh by 07:00 local time on business days, and one named admin.
Next: Hannah Lowe is to confirm the connector plan in writing and walk Sana through the admin role.

- Lewis Kerr 5 Jan 2026 12:02Hello all, Thank you for your time this morning. To recap what we covered: the brain brings each university's nomination agreements, tickets and invoices into one layer inside your own Snowflake account, and you can ask it questions in plain English rather than reconciling three systems by hand. On the commercial side, the Growth proposal is a total deal value of £57,000, plus VAT. We are working towards an expected close of 27 Mar 2026, but that is a plan rather than a deadline, and it depends on what you need to take internally. Two things I'd like from you: - A list of the systems you would want connected first, so Hannah can check the connector design. - Anyone else who should see the proposal before it goes to a decision. Hannah is copied and can answer any technical questions directly. Kind regards, Lewis
- Sana Rahman 5 Jan 2026 13:04Hi Lewis, Thanks for this, and for the walkthrough. A few points from my side as the person who would be running the data. First, the ticketing and the accounting system are the two sources I'd want connected first, with the CRM after that. Can you confirm that the nightly refresh would be finished before our teams start in the morning? Second, I'd like to understand who administers the brain on our side and what that involves week to week. I'd be doing it alongside my day job. Zainab and Bethany are copied in case they want to add to the list. Regards, Sana
- Lewis Kerr 5 Jan 2026 14:35Hi Sana, and all, Thanks, that is a helpful list. Taking your two questions in turn. On freshness, the nightly refresh is complete by 07:00 your local time on business days, which applies on every tier including Growth. Hannah will confirm in writing how that works for the three sources you named. On administration, it is normally one named admin who looks after users and connectors. Hannah can walk you through what that involves in practice, so you can judge whether it fits alongside your current role. I would rather you know that before signing than after. I'll send that over today: a short summary of the connector plan, with the proposal attached, so Bethany can share it internally. Kind regards, Lewis
