As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Rakesh Solanki reported the Zendesk connector had stopped pulling records. Connor Webb found an expired API key and issued a new one; Rakesh confirmed on 14 Apr 2025 that syncing resumed.
Ask: Rakesh reported nothing had synced for a few days and said the customer end looked fine.
Customer view: He confirmed the fix worked and thanked Connor, so the outcome is positive.
Next: Nothing outstanding. An expired key is a repeat risk for connector sync and data freshness.

- Connor Webb 3 Apr 2025 08:35Hi Rakesh, I'm looking into your connector issue. Just to confirm - your Zendesk connector isn't pulling new records in. Is that right? When did you last see fresh data come through? Thanks, Connor
- Rakesh Solanki 8 Apr 2025 16:47Hi Connor, Yes, that's correct. The connector is set up but nothing's synced for a few days. Our end looks fine, so not sure what's going on. Rakesh
- Connor Webb 10 Apr 2025 08:05Found it - your API key expired. I've sent you a new one through the portal. Once you swap that in, the connector should start pulling data again. Let me know once it's done and we'll confirm it's working. Thanks, Connor
- Rakesh Solanki 14 Apr 2025 15:29Hi Connor, All done. The connector is syncing again and we're seeing fresh records come through. Thanks for sorting that out! Rakesh
