As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Tom Ashdown sent Janice Haddon the Starter order form on 22 Dec 2025. She said she would review it with finance. There is no customer response after that, and no signature is shown in the thread.
Ask: Tom Ashdown sent the order form for the Starter package, 15 users, four weeks of implementation and the annual subscription.
Customer view: Janice Haddon replied the same day that she would review it with finance. She did not answer Tom's 24 Dec 2025 follow-up in this thread.
Next: The order form is an open item until executed, and the thread does not show it signed. Tom should chase finance's comments.

It covers the Starter package with 15 users, implementation across four weeks, and the annual subscription. I'll send it separately.
