Cerys Llewellyn raised a ticket about one operator's figures looking light. Bethan Lister found tickets split under two spellings of the name, merged them, and Cerys confirmed the figures were right and the ticket could close.

Ask: Cerys reported slow loading and low figures for one leisure operator in the usage view. Her team were asking about it.

Customer view: She was cooperative and, once the operator showed as one row, was content to close from her side with thanks.

Next: No action is outstanding. Bethan reproduced the fault within days and the nightly refresh carried the fix, which is a small positive for confidence before renewal.

Hi Cerys, I've picked up your ticket this morning. Just so I've got this right: the usage view for your leisure operators is loading slowly and one operator's figures look lower than you expect. Is that it? Can you try this and tell me what you see? 1. Open the usage page and set the date range to the last month. 2. Filter to the single operator that looks wrong. 3. Send me a screenshot of what appears, with any error text. I haven't reproduced it yet, so I don't want to guess at a cause. Thanks, Bethan

Hi Bethan, Thanks for the quick reply. Yes, that's the one. I tried your steps and the page does load, but the figures for that operator still look light compared with what my team see in our own tickets. No error text, just the numbers. Screenshot attached. My team are asking me about it, so any steer is welcome. Diolch, Cerys

Hi Cerys, Thanks for the screenshot. I've reproduced it. The operator's tickets were being grouped under a second spelling of the same name, so they were split across two rows. The nightly refresh has now picked up the merged name and the totals should add up. Can you check the figures this afternoon and tell me what you see? I'll leave the ticket open until you confirm it looks right. Thanks, Bethan

Hi Bethan, I've looked and the operator now shows as one row with the numbers I expected. That's fine to close from my side. Thanks for sorting it. Diolch, Cerys
